Appearance
Rotten Bud is a slimy earwax bud holding a cotton swab in both of his hands with a slimy earwax web in his mouth.
Bio
Rotten Bud is always trying to peak inside Earwax Worm's ears. His mission is to collect all of the wax in Trash Town and build himself a cacky, waxy castle!
