Rotten Apple is a Series 1 Trashie who is a part of The Grubz team. He is a rotten worm-infested apple core.

Bio
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. But this apple will keep EVERYONE away! Spit out the pips and toss away the core. Even worse is the maggots coming out of the top! This is one bad apple that you don't want to find in your lunch box!
In the Trash Pack Cartoon
In episode 12, "An Apple a Day", Trash-A-Pillar calls a doctor to help out Blow Fly. Rotten Apple bursts into the home, causing a mess and fooling around. He makes Blow Fly feel worse.
Rotten Apple is VERY dim-witted. He speaks in very short simple imcomplete sentences, with the occasional gap between words. He often does something without thinking, such as putting a giant bandage on Blow Fly's head and quickly ripping it off, yelling "My Sticky Tape!"
He isn't actually a doctor. The worm inside him is.
Trivia
- In the "Meet The Trashies" section of the original Trash Pack website, Rotten Apple is referred to as a she, so there is a possibility that they are female. However, both cartoons consistently made him male.
- Despite his static art, his figure does not have a red variant.
- He is one of the main characters of the Mondo TV cartoon. His name in this series was Pips. In the series, his worm was just a prop that did interact with anything.
- Rotten Apple is one of four Trashies that appears in both of the animated series.
